Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States — one-time purchases and every subscription delivery, with no minimum order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within [1–2] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day. You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as you check out.

Delivery time

Standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes [5–10] business days after your order ships. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and holidays.

Tracking

The moment your order leaves the warehouse you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.

Subscription deliveries

Subscription renewals ship automatically on the schedule you chose — every 2 months or every 4 months — with free shipping on every delivery. We email you before each renewal is billed, so there's always time to skip, pause, change the date or cancel from your account.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. If you're outside the U.S., contact us and we'll let you know whether we can deliver to you.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address — we can update it until the order ships. For subscriptions, update your address in your account before the next renewal is billed.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't turned up within 48 hours (please check with neighbors and your building first), contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.
