Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want every cat and dog to love GAIABITE. If your pet won't take to it — or you're not happy for any other reason — tell us within 30 days of the delivery date of your first order and we'll refund the purchase price in full. You don't need to ship the bottle back.

How it works

  • First order only. The guarantee covers your first order of GAIABITE Fish Oil for Pets, whether it's a one-time purchase or the first delivery of a subscription (up to two bottles). One guarantee per customer and household.
  • 30 days from delivery. Contact us within 30 days of the date your order was delivered, through our Contact page or at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Include your order number and a sentence about what didn't work — that's all we ask.
  • No returns needed. Keep the bottle, or pass it on to another pet owner. We don't ask you to send anything back for a guarantee refund.
  • Refund timing. Refunds go back to your original payment method within [5–10] business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it.

Subscription renewals

Renewal deliveries aren't covered by the guarantee, because you can pause, skip or cancel before any renewal is billed — we email you before each one. If a renewal was billed before you could cancel, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll find a fair solution, usually a refund once the unopened bottle is returned, or a credit toward a future order.

Damaged, leaking or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice.

What the guarantee doesn't cover

  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Second or later orders, and subscription renewals.
  • Products bought anywhere other than gaiabite.com.
  • Repeat guarantee claims from the same customer or household.

Changing or cancelling an order

Need to change or cancel an order you just placed? Contact us right away and we'll do our best to catch it. Orders are packed quickly; once an order has shipped, the guarantee above applies.
